Important❗️The candle vessel must be in excellent condition in order to be refilled. Meaning you must have followed the candle burning instructions and the vessel is free of any-cracks, nicks , scratches etc. Any vessel that is deemed unsafe by Scented Bliss Candles and more, LLC (and their representatives) to refill due to failure to follow candle safety burning instructions or misuse makes this offer void and the vessel will be disposed of. You will be notified in this instance. ❗️
